T.W.O: The One With The Aftermath.
“What?!” Seulong exclaimed; almost spitting out his coffee.
“She’s really sweet and nice you know. And before we both got wasted, we actually had fun having a decent talk. And she’s so pretty too!”
“Like Hyuna??” Seulong asked.
“No. She’s pretty in her own way. She has this really cool personality and she’s just so chic.” Kwon explained;
smiling like a love sick puppy.
“What’s her name?” Seulong asked.
“I don’t know.” Kwon answered.
“You don’t even know the name of the girl you like? Dude, why didn’t you ask her?” Seulong asked; hitting his friend’s shoulder.
“I did ask but she refused to tell me and just rushed out of the apartment.” Kwon explained.
“Then I don’t think you’re gonna see her again Kwon. You might as well just forget her.”
“That’s another problem. I can’t forget her. It’s like I’m under her spell or something.” Kwon sighed.
“You obviously have gone nuts. You guys spent one night together! ONE! You don’t even know her name!”
“I know…” Kwon smiled silly.
“I look like an idiot don’t I?” Kwon sighed once again at the thought of Gain.
“Glad you know..” Seulong muttered under his breath.
“What did you say?”
“Oh nothing!” Seulong said, sipping his coffee.
What the hell were you thinking Son Gain?! How could you have slept with a stranger?!
Gain tossed and turned on her bed trying to catch some sleep. She’s been feeling uneasy the whole day thinking about the event of last night. She was so down about getting turned down at a job interview and decided to go drinking and suddenly a man approached her and they clicked right away and one thing led to another and suddenly they were in bed together.
Jo Kwon. Somehow the name kept playing in her mind and the look on his face when he woke up and saw her was something she hasn’t seen in a long time.
Aish! Stop thinking of him Gain! You won’t meet him anymore anyway. You have more important things to think about.
Gain closed her eyes and tried to sleep again.
Tomorrow will be a better day. I’m gonna nail that interview tomorrow.
“Hey dude you ready to conduct the interviews?” Seulong darted into Kwon’s office.
“Do I have a choice to say no?” Kwon turned and stared at his friend.
“Then don’t ask. Just bring them in.” Kwon turned his chair back to face the wall.
“Have you read their profiles yet?” Seulong asked.
“Nope. Don’t care.” Kwon replied coolly; his eyes fixated on the newspaper in his hands.
“You lazy bum! Stop reading the damn paper. I’m going to send in the first interviewee now.” Seulong scolded Kwon and strolled out of his office.
