The four of them stood in awkwardly as the elevator made punctual stops at every floor of the edifice. Finally aware of Jea’s presence, Joong Hoon hastily broke away from In Young while shooting In Young a “not-when-she’s-here” glare.
But Jea didn’t seem to notice the other two people’s existences; she was much more occupied on how to hold her backpack so that it hides the fact that she was still holding hands with Joon. Why was she still doing that? She didn’t know.
Seeing her fidget, Joong Hoon offered to hold her bag for her, but was declined by a quick “no”. Silence filled the small metal box.
In Young decided to break the ice. “Um… Joon-oppa, can you help me with my homework?”
“Huh? What homework…?” He didn’t know what In Young meant with that intimidating glare she was giving him, so he decided to play along. “Oh, I remember! Sure! Do you want me to come over and help you right now?”
“Thanks, that’d be great! Joong Hoon-oppa, do you want to come over too?” In Young smiled at the boy next to her.
“Huh…?” Joong Hoon glanced down at Jea’s fidgeting left hand carrying her backpack. “Oh uh, sure.”
“Okay, so basically for this problem, you first need to find-”
“Did you really think I was asking for math help?” In Young sighed as she rolled her eyes at Joon. “Really?”
“Well… yeah,” he looked at her quizzically. “I don’t think you are too good at math, that’s why you’re always dragging Jea around, right?”
“That’s not the point!” She shrieked. Shaking her head, In Young slapped her hand on the table and whispered in his ear. “Right now, I want you to…”
“You heard me. Go to her room. And do whatever,” In Young stood up and opened. “I’ll go take care of him, so you go do what you do best, okay?”
“…Why couldn’t we do math problems instead?”
There was a knock on the door.
“Come in,” Jea turned her head to the door. She blushed when she saw Joon’s smiling face poking through the doorway. “W-what do you want…”
“Nothing~” He sang in a sing-song voice and closed the door behind him. “Whatcha doing?”
“H-homework… what else?” She gestured towards her English textbook. “See? It’s homework.”
“Oh, I remember this! …Hey you know, I’m really good at English.” After seeing Jea turn her chair towards him, Joon straightened his shirt collar and started reciting some strange-sounding things, accompanied by dramatic hand motions.
“…What the heck are you saying?” She chuckled in disbelief. “Are you sure that’s English?”
“Of course, it’s Romeo and Juliet,” Joon beamed proudly. He returned to Jea’s side and wrapped his arms around her. Burying his head in the crevice of her neck, he whispered, “Do you know what I said? Hmm~?”
“N-no,” she shyly turned her head away from him, trembling from his warm breath.
He smirked. “…I want food.”
“Oppa get off me, I can’t walk if you cling on to me like that…” Jea squirmed while Joon wrapped his arms around her. “Yah! I can’t see! Where’s the kitchen?”
“But it’s fun!” He smiled and kissed her on the cheek, causing her to lose balance and trip over her own foot. She closed her eyes, ready to hit the floor face-first.
‘That’s weird,’ she thought. ‘The floor’s not supposed to smell so good, I haven’t wiped it in days…’ Jea opened her eyes and found herself lying on Joon, who was writhing in pain underneath her.
“Oppa!” She scrambled off him and helped him up. “Are you alright? I’m sorry for not being careful.”
Groaning, Joon sat up. “Yeah, I’m fine, don’t worry.” Then an idea popped into his mind. Wincing, he pointed to his back. “It kind of hurts, though.”
Sitting on him, Jea placed her hands on his shoulders and gently massaged them. “Is that better?”
“Hmm…” Jea leaned in and planted a light kiss on his cheek. “Better?”
He pointed to his nose. “And here.”
She kissed him there. “Better now?”
Suddenly Joon lunged forward and pinned Jea to the wall. He ran his hands over her face and forced his lips onto hers. Nibbling her lower lip, he licked the corners of her mouth and parted a small opening. His tongue licked the roof of her mouth, making her moan.
“Oppa… hn, s-stop,” Jea gasped while pushing him away. “Not out h-here…What if… th-they… see us, what will we do…”
In one swift motion Joon pulled her up and guided Jea to her bedroom door, continuing to roughly kiss her. After fumbling with the doorknob, he managed to finally kick the door open and shoved her onto the bed.
“Yah oppa, what are you-” Before she could finish Joon had already found his way on top of her, pinning her hands above her head with one hand, while the other ran across her velvety skin hidden underneath her shirt. His lips moved away from her mouth and down her neck, licking and sucking on her soft, delicate skin. Unclasping her bra and pulling her shirt over her head, Joon flung her clothes in a random direction as he roughly grazed at her collarbone.
“Joon-oppa, s-stop, please,” she moaned at his touch. “Why…are you…”
He looked up with an innocent smile. “Date 2.”
Jea’s eyes widened. She sat up and pushed him away. “What do you mean, Date 2…?! How can this even count as another date? You can’t have two dates in one day with the same person!” Crossing her arms across her chest, she puffed her cheeks and muttered, “this doesn’t count.”
Joon pushed her back down onto the bed, his eyes hungrily scanning Jea’s luscious curves. “Well, do you want me to tell people that we went on two dates in one day,” he whispered in her ear while nibbling her earlobe. “Or do you want them to know that you stayed in bed with me the entire time?”
“I was never in bed with yo-” Jea realized exactly where she was lying on and who had stripped her down to nothing except her underwear. Flustered, she turned her head away.
“…See? I’m right,” Joon smirked and recaptured her lips. “So can we agree that this is Date 2?”
Jea could barely nod as Joon’s hands ran up and down her inner thigh. with nothing more to say, she wrapped her thin arms around his neck to deepen the kiss.
In the end, Jea forgot all about the essay she was supposed to write for English.
